Punjab Health Facilities Management Company (PHFMC) is a Not for Profit Company set up under section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 under the administrative control of P&SHC Department. It aims to establish, improve, maintain, hospitals, Basic Health Units, clinical and medical laboratories in urban and rural areas. PHFMC is currently hiring for the following positions to be part of a highly competitive & learning environment.
Sr No. Name of Post Qualification & Experience Age 1 Chief Executive Officer I. Post graduate Degree in Basic / Social/life/medical/ Management Sciences from HEC recognized Institute/University. II. Experience of at least 20 years in General Administration / Management Finance / Planning & Development / Budget / Coordination at senior level. Out of which 03 to 05 years' experience of a top level at leading position in a well-known establish public/private sector organization. III. Knowledge and experience of Health Sector management will be an additional advantage. Not more than 62 years on the last date of receipt of application 2 Company Secretary I. A member of a recognized body of professional accountants; or Member of a recognised body of corporate or chartered secretaries; or II. A person holding a master's degree in business administration or commerce or being a law graduate from a university recognised by the HEC III. At least five (05) years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to person having experience of 02-05 years as a Company Secretary. I. MSc /M.A. in Management / Administration / Social / Basic / Life / Medical Sciences / Public Policy / MBA or equivalent from an HEC recognized Institute / University. II. 10 to 15 years of management and strategic experience in the field as well as being an integral part of operations in well-established and well-known Private / Public organizations. Out of which must have 05 years' experience of a senior management level in well- known public/private organization. III. Knowledge and experience of Health Sector management will be an additional advantage.
