 AJK Talent Scholarships 2020

 

 

a.       The AJK government announces state talent scholarships for AJK students. Students enrolled in any public or private educational institute in AJK who have appeared in the 2020 annual exams can apply for the scholarship. All scholarships will be awarded purely on merit.

 

b.      Students enrolled in government, semi-government, or private institutions are eligible to apply for the AJK State Talent Scholarship. Students of all levels, including Elementary, Middle, High School, Inter, BS, MA MSc, MPhil and Ph.D. classes can apply for the scholarship. The last date to apply for the scholarship is December 26, 2020.

Eligibility Criteria for AJK State Talent Scholarship

 

Ø  Students who have appeared in the 2020 exams

Ø  Percentage required for exams of different classes 2020

Ø  90% grades from elementary, middle, or elementary class

Ø  Matric Board Exams 85% of grades

Ø  Inter Board exams 80% of grades

Ø  BA / BSc, MA / MSc, MS or PhD 70% marks

Ø  Students admitted to the program must obtain a minimum of 60% marks in their exams for the continuity of the scholarship.

Ø  Titles / certificates of those providing misleading / false information will be confiscated

Ø  Only regular candidates are eligible to apply for a scholarship

Ø  Government employees and those enrolled in a weekend class program, distance learning, or private candidates are not eligible to apply.

Ø  Students must attach the result cards with the certified application form

Ø  Students enrolled in professional courses must submit results for two 2020 semesters no later than March 28, 2021.

 

How to Apply for the AJK State Talent Scholarship

 

1.       The application forms can be downloaded from the national bank website www.nb.gok.pk

2.       PKR: 100 / - must be deposited in account number 0109000232321573, United Bank, Chhattar, 2 Mile Branch, Muzaffarabad. The receipt of the deposited amount must be attached to the application form.

3.       Certified application forms will be received through the institute director, along with the introduction letter from the institute director.

4.       Certified copies of the Class-I State Certificate of Citizenship, a passport-size photograph, the score card, and the CNIC or B form must be attached to the application form.

5.       The last date to receive the application form by post is December 26, 2020

6.       Applications completed in all respects, along with the recommendation of the institute director, must reach the Secretary of Higher Education, Block-10, Secretariat Complex, Chhattar 2 Mile, Muzaffarabad on or before the latest date. Applications received after the last date will not be accepted.
